Absolutely no refunds or returns, as all items are handmade for each order.
When an item is shipped, I email the tracking information for your convenience.
Once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands.
If an international package is lost or missing, it unfortunately is out of my control. I will do everything possible to work with USPS and to help locate that package, but cannot refund money from packages missing.
If there is damage of an item, please contact me we can discuss a store credit.
The customer is responsible for all shipping
costs if seller is not at fault.
